On August 30, 2010, GBDH filed Foley, et al. v. JetBlue Airways Corp., No. C. 10-03882 JCS (N.D. Cal.), on behalf of the California Council of the Blind and three California residents with visual impairments alleging that JetBlue has violated the Unruh Act, the California Disabled Persons Act, and the California Unfair Competition Law; because its website and airport check-in kiosks are inaccessible to individuals with vision impairments.
