Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho has been retained by a number of companies to assist them in assessing and improving their employment and diversity policies, practices and procedures.

In such engagements, the firm conducts a comprehensive assessment of the company’s policies and practices—from top-to-bottom and side-to-side,—and, where appropriate, makes recommendations of ways to improve the company’s compliance with the fair employment and wage and hour laws. The firm also has reviewed and provided feedback regarding proposed new policies, procedures and practices from a “plaintiffs’ lawyer’s perspective.” The audits and work product are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege.
