Bennett, et al. v. SimplexGrinnell LP

GBDH, along with co-counsel Beranbaum Menken and Fay Law Group, represent employees who work for SimplexGrinnell in California alleging that SimplexGrinnell unlawfully failed to pay them at  the prevailing wage rate for testing and inspection of fire alarm and sprinkler systems on public works.  On March 5, 2014, the federal district court in the Northern District of California agreed, granting summary judgment for plaintiffs.  Read order below.
