Byron R. Goldstein joined Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho in July 2014. His practice focuses on representing employees and consumers in class and individual actions. Prior to joining GBDH, Byron worked for a litigation boutique in San Francisco where he defended individuals and businesses in state and federal prosecutions, civil litigation, and tort actions. Before that, Byron worked as a public defender for children with the Legal Aid Society in New York City where he handled over fifty trials and other hearings. He also clerked for Judge UW Clemon in the Northern District of Alabama and worked in the litigation practice at Sidley Austin in New York City.
