Wells Fardo – Preliminary Approval Order

On 10/30/13, the court granted preliminary approval of a $3 million class action settlement for home mortgage consultants and retail sales supervisors employed by Wells Fargo in California.  Individualized settlement notices will be mailed to settlement class members in late November 2013.  Read more about the case here.
