Notice re-mailed to subset in class action challenging unlawful side payments Wasatch Advantage Group charged its Section 8 tenants

Notice was re-mailed to a small group of current and former Section 8 tenants of Wasatch Advantage Group whose notices had been returned as undeliverable.  These tenants, like others who received notice in the first round, participated in the Section 8 program and made extra payments to Wasatch under “Additional Services Agreements.”
