Court Grants Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement in Nielsen

The Northern District Federal Court gave preliminary approval of the class action settlement for approximately 110 current and former Field Representatives employed by Nielsen in California who alleged that they were not paid for all their work time driving to and from their home offices and were not provided statutorily required meal and rest breaks.
