On 2/12/14, GBDH partner Linda Dardarian, along with co-counsel Lainey Feingold, announced a settlement agreement had been reached with Wellpoint, one of the largest health insurance companies in the U.S., regarding a comprehensive plan to increase accessibility of its print & digital information.
