Target and Staples Settlements

Target and Staples Settlements: GBDH and co-counsel Lainey Feingold represented advocacy groups for the visually impaired in reaching agreements with Target and Staples to improve service to their customers with visual impairments. Both will install tactile point of sale devices in all of their U.S. stores, and Staples will upgrade its website to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
