On 11/1/10, on behalf of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), David Borgen and Lin Chan filed an amicus brief in the Tenth Circuit in the case Salazar v. Butterball, LLC, addressing donning and doffing protective gear by poultry processing workers.
