Safeway has entered into a settlement agreement negotiated by GBDH partner Linda M. Dardarian and co-counsel Lainey Feingold to improve the accessibility and usability of Safeway’s online grocery delivery website for shoppers with visual impairments. Safeway’s web accessibility initiative resulted from Structured Negotiations in which GBDH and Feingold represented Safeway customers in California and Washington state.
