Oracle Class Notice Sent

On 1/3/11, court-ordered notice was sent to members of a class of IT workers in Garcia v. Oracle. The notice follows the Alameda County Superior Court’s finding in favor of the named plaintiffs that their claims for overtime pay and other related claims should proceed to trial on behalf of all similarly situated employees.
