New Partner James Kan

Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho is pleased to announce James Kan has been named Partner.  James graduated from Columbia Law School (NYC) in 2005 and joined the firm as a Civil Rights Fellow shortly thereafter.  After completion of his Fellowship in 2007, Mr.Kan became a full time associate. His practice focuses on wage-and-hour and employment discrimination class actions and collective actions.
