James Kan has been named Shareholder & Byron Goldstein has been named Partner

Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian and Ho (GBDH) is pleased to announce that James Kan has been named Shareholder and Byron Goldstein has been named Partner.
James joined GBDH as the Columbia University Law School Civil Rights Fellow in 2005 and became a partner in 2014. His practice focuses on wage-and-hour and employment discrimination class actions and collective actions as well as executive and professional severance negotiations.
Byron R. Goldstein joined GBDH in July 2014. His practice focuses on representing employees and consumers in class and individual actions.
