Of Counsel David Borgen and Associate Amanda Walbrun helped draft regulatory comments submitted by the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) which were filed with the Department of Labor on May 21, 2019.  Our comments explain why the Trump Administration’s proposed revisions to the FLSA’s White Collar Exemptions from overtime set the salary level too low and why the automatic indexing in the current unenforced rule should not be deleted.  For the text of the NELA Comments, click here.
