Enforced Arbitration Amicus brief

On 8/4/14, GBDH, along with Former California Supreme Court Justice Joseph Grodin, filed an amicus brief with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of Equal Rights Advocates, National Workrights Institute and Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center challenging an enforced arbitration agreement ruling which we contend violates the Norris-LaGuardia Act.
