Chili’s Verdict

GBDH associate James Kan, along with co-counsel from Bruckner Burch and Shellist Lazar, obtained a unanimous jury verdict in favor of 55 opt-in plaintiffs relating to illegal mandatory tip pooling practices maintained by Chili’s Restaurants. See 2008 WL 2714079, *18 (S.D. Tex. July 9, 2008).
