City of Bellflower Agrees to Settle California Voting Rights Act Case

Bellflower agrees to settle California Voting Rights Act case.  The firm successfully represented Latino and African American voters in Bellflower and convinced the city to allow the voters to decide whether to change from an at large to a by district election system for city council, to ensure that all voters are able to elect candidates of their choice.  Read press release.
