USM Preliminary Approval

Plaintiffs filed a motion for preliminary approval of a class action settlement in Vasquez v. USM and Ross.  If approved, janitors would share in a $1 million fund and Ross and USM would agree to procedures to ensure that their janitorial subcontractors pay minimum wage in the future.
