Garcia v. Oracle

On March 9, 2012, the Alameda County Superior Court gave final approval to the $35 million class action settlement in Garcia, et al. v. Oracle. On average, the approximately 1,700 class members will receive $14,000 each, with over fifty class members receiving over $50,000. Class members’ checks will be mailed in early April 2012.

The class action was filed on behalf of quality assurance engineers, customer support engineers, and project managers who have worked for Oracle (and PeopleSoft) in California.
