Barnes v. Sprig, Inc.

On December 20, 2016, Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho and Browne Labor Law obtained final approval for Sprig Servers who worked in California before January 1, 2016.  Under the Settlement Agreement, Sprig will pay a total of $1,050,000 in two payments.

The settlement checks from Sprig’s first payment have been mailed to eligible Class Members.
