Landmark $1 Million USM/Ross Janitor Settlement Claim Deadline is 9/15/15

In a landmark victory for janitors, GBDH, with co-counsel, have won a settlement of $1 million for a class of janitors who performed daily maintenance cleaning in Ross Stores in California. The janitors charged USM, Inc. and Ross Stores with entering into contracts that did not provide enough money to permit certain USM subcontractors to pay minimum wage to their janitor employees. In May 2015, settlement notices and claim forms were sent to settlement class members. If you are in the class, you must return your claim form no later than 9/15/15 to receive the full amount of money for your claim.
